Job Title: IT Project Manager – Digital Projects (Internal)

Location: Brussels, Belgium or Noordwijk, Netherlands

Start Date: ASAP

Language Requirements: English (Fluent) + French, German, or other European languages (Preferred)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled on IT Program Manager to join our client that is in the public sector in Brussels or Noordwijk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of internal IT projects in the digital space, including planning, coordination, and implementation.
• Operate within a matrix environment, engaging with cross-functional stakeholders across business units.
• Collaborate closely with internal IT and business teams to ensure project alignment with company strategy.
• Manage risks, resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.
• Provide clear and consistent reporting to project sponsors and senior management.
• Promote best practices in digital project management and agile methodologies.
• Facilitate communication and teamwork within a diverse, multilingual environment.

Experience:

• Proven experience managing digital or IT projects, ideally within internal enterprise environments.
• Experience working in a matrix organization is essential.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of 5 or more.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is required.
• Proficiency in French or German is highly desirable. Other European languages are a plus.
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project is preferred.
