Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team! This position is located in Bernards, New Jersey.

Duties:

• Generate inventory forecast guidance for distributor and manufacturer partners based on company sales needs
• Create weekly and monthly performance reports for distributor and manufacturer partners to track against the forecasts provided
• Help with SKU enablement and POS platforms
• Host weekly meetings with distributor and or OEM partners to maintain inventory supply
• Manage the internal support Slack channel for customer issues and other sales related inquiries
• Execute regular updates on internal sales support collateral and reference documents
• Daily order monitoring and management of funnel opportunities
• Perform analysis of launched products data and lead executive reporting development
• Support the team with ad hoc sales data analysis executive summaries and forecast reports
• Support promotional activities by managing the entry into the billing database
• Work closely with the promo team and finance to ensure accurate OEM billing
• Responsible for assisting and responding to sales teams, channel partners, internal sales, and cross-functional workgroups
• Maintain all aspects of training materials, OSTs, enrollment flyers, etc.
• Manage the day-to-day operational issues that may arise
