Hilltop Holdings is looking to hire a Program Manager, Banker Development. The Program Manager, Banker Development will be over the Banker Development Program (BDP). The Banker Development Program is an early career development program designed for individuals who wish to pursue a career as a Commercial Banker (Lender) at PlainsCapital Bank. As the Program Manager, you will own all aspects of the program and lead the strategic direction including overseeing the execution of program rotations, training, curriculum, professional development, and individual progression of those in the program. You will partner with subject matter experts on delivering relevant training and hands-on opportunities within each market. You will work closely with bank leadership on the overall program strategy and drive accountability with program constituents.
