Position: Program Manager

Overview:

North South Consulting Group (NSCG) is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) who will serve as the lead point of contact responsible for managing the execution and overall performance of the Army National Guard Career Management Fields Training Services (CMFTS) contract. The PM will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure contract compliance, lead quality assurance efforts, and serve as the primary liaison with government stakeholders. This senior-level position requires strategic leadership, personnel management, and experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs at the headquarters level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight for all contract personnel and operations under the contract. Serve as the primary interface between the contractor team and the Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer Representatives (COR), and other government stakeholders
• Ensure all deliverables, reports, and milestones are met in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
• Manage daily contract activities, address performance issues, and ensure uninterrupted mission support
• Maintain quality control procedures and ensure compliance with all government policies, regulations, and security protocols
• Support post-award meetings and periodic progress reviews
• Lead transition-in and transition-out activities, ensuring continuity and minimal disruption to operations
• Supervise and coordinate with the alternate PM to ensure consistent leadership coverage
  
  

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited U.S.-based university
• Minimum of 5 years of program management experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience at the HQDA level or equivalent (e.g., other Service Headquarters or DoD level)
• At least 2 years of experience with government contracting, subcontract management, and budget oversight
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including experience briefing senior leaders
• Proven ability to manage multi-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required
• Must be a US Citizen
• ARNG experience preferred
