Program Manager – ARIS & Data/Business Architecture

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with a strong background in Data and Business Architecture, preferably with ARIS experience. The role requires expertise in managing large-scale, multi-workstream programs focused on process modeling, enterprise architecture, and data governance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving complex transformation initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment, and managing senior stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of large-scale programs within Data and Business Architecture domains.
• Define program strategy, governance structure, and program roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage multiple project workstreams across process modeling, enterprise architecture, and data governance.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk, IT, and Business Units to drive program success.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and governance frameworks in data and process transformation.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution.
• Develop and maintain executive-level reports, risk registers, and program dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring program objectives remain on track and aligned with business strategy.
• Drive continuous process improvements, workflow standardization and efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in Program Management, with a focus on Data, Business Architecture, or Process Transformation
• Strong experience managing enterprise-wide programs with multiple workstreams.
• Proven track record in ARIS implementation and process modeling.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, data governance, and business process reengineering.
• Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance in data transformation projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a structured and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in program management methodologies (SAFe, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with program tracking tools (JIRA, MS Project, Power BI, or similar).
• Program management certifications (PgMP, MSP, PMP, SAFe) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Risk Management domains.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks, regulatory reporting, and financial data management.
• Ability to drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
