Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management with working cross-functional.
- Experience in working with software development teams and software development life cycles.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience with mobile application development or testing.
- Experience in Android Apps, Android Development, Developer Tools.
- Ability to drive process improvements and implement new tools or workflows.

Responsibilities
- Identify areas for improvement within the Android app compatibility testing and tooling landscape. Define, design, and implement solutions to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and improve the quality of testing.
- Work with Android Engineering, Product Management, and Developer Relations teams to understand new features, identify compatibility tests, and contribute to the development of effective testing strategies and tools.
- Utilize data and reporting to identify recurring compatibility issues and trends, providing insights to inform process improvements and future platforms.
- Monitor program status, identify risks and dependencies, and communicate updates to cross-functional stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and other communication methods.
