Overview:
Addx Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program/Project Manager to provide comprehensive program and project management support services. The successful candidate will oversee all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors. This role involves developing detailed technology roadmaps, Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), transition planning, and master plans. The Program/Project Manager will work seamlessly with other vendors in a multi-contractor environment to deliver capabilities and derive value from aggregated and processed data sets.
Responsibilities:
Provide management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors, to satisfy the requirements identified in the PWS and Technical Direction Letters.
Develop and provide the Government with detailed technology roadmaps, IMS schedules, and transition planning and master plans as required.
Ensure seamless collaboration with other vendors in a multi-contractor environment to deliver capabilities and derive value from aggregated and processed data sets.
Provide the government (IS/DCSA) direct and unencumbered access to all subcontractors and information developed under this contract.
Provide program management and continuous service support to partners internally and externally to bring cutting-edge systems, technologies, and strategies to support and defend national security and gain an industrial advantage.
Provide technical (Data Science, Analytical & Strategic) and program management support services to advance the agency's mission by ensuring efficient operation of the DCSA offices.
Provide program management, program/project management support, program integration support, requirements support, technical (Data Science Analytical & Strategic) support, and testing support.
Monitor and track key DoD-level initiatives across the IS mission.
Provide status on team task execution and develop a risk mitigation plan that assesses interdependencies for risks to cost, schedule, and scope.
Write and maintain procedures, guidelines, and standards for course development.
Maintain organized project documentation and folders with all course assets.
Plan, develop, and execute IS’s internal and external marketing strategies, communications, and public relations activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in program/project management, preferably within a DoD or federal government environment.
Strong knowledge and functional capability to operate Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Suite, SharePoint, Service Now, and other task management systems.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to develop detailed technology roadmaps, IMS schedules, and transition planning and master plans.
Experience working in a multi-contractor environment and providing seamless support to deliver capabilities.
Strong understanding of data security protocols and compliance with federal regulations.
Proficiently operate Microsoft Office Products, including but not limited to, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Project, Access, etc., or the applicable software of record for the agency.
Proficiently operate Adobe Suite, including but not limited to, Acrobat Design, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe PageMaker, Adobe Premier, etc., or the applicable software of record for the agency.
Proficiently operate SharePoint, Service Now, and/or other task management systems.
Ability to utilize other designated software required to successfully perform the duties of this task order.
