D365 Delivery Transformation Lead – Enterprise Program

We’re supporting a major enterprise transformation program and seeking a D365 Delivery Transformation Lead to drive large-scale, cross-functional delivery outcomes in a complex stakeholder environment.

This is a high-visibility role, leading a multi-stream program underpinned by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)—but with a broader focus on enterprise delivery excellence, change adoption, and program governance.

It’s ideally suited to a seasoned delivery lead or program manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings an Agile mindset, and knows how to navigate business and technology alignment.

Your Mission

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a high-stakes transformation program involving D365 CE
• Drive stakeholder alignment across business, tech, and vendor streams
• Establish and embed Agile delivery processes and cross-functional ways of working
• Identify delivery risks, track milestones, and ensure execution stays on time and in scope
• Champion change adoption, uplift delivery governance, and streamline release cycles
• Mentor team members and instil a culture of continuous improvement

Ideal Background

• Proven track record in program or delivery leadership across enterprise tech transformations
• Strong working knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and the broader Microsoft stack
• Skilled at managing cross-functional teams and multi-stream initiatives
• Experience working in government or complex stakeholder environments (preferred)
• Confident in Agile, hybrid, and scaled delivery models (e.g., SAFe, Scrum)
• Strong communicator, with the ability to simplify complexity and lead with clarity
