Position Summary

We are searching for a Program Management Leader with expertise in strategic execution, cross-functional coordination, and operational efficiency to drive Nile’s business, product, and customer success initiatives. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of program management methodologies, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution of mission-critical projects.

As a key leader in our organization, you will drive program execution, process optimization, and organizational alignment to ensure Nile delivers best-in-class networking and security services. Your mission: ensure Nile achieves operational excellence in a high-growth, high-impact environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement program management strategies, aligning cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones and KPIs are met.
• Develop and manage program roadmaps, driving alignment between engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Establish governance frameworks, risk management practices, and agile workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive prioritization, resource allocation, and decision-making for high-impact projects.
• Optimize product launch programs, customer deployments, and operational initiatives to improve time-to-market and customer satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, driving high-performance execution across teams.
• Monitor key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve execution and business outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of program management experience, preferably in networking, cloud, or enterprise technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and other program management methodologies with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of driving high-impact strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Exceptional ability to align stakeholders, manage risks, and drive execution excellence.
• Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing executive decision-making.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
