As a Customer Programs Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting customer-facing programs that enhance service delivery, fleet reliability, and overall customer satisfaction. You will assist in the coordination and execution of programs related to maintenance planning and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the coordination of customer support initiatives and service programs.
• Help maintain and update customer program documentation, databases, and dashboards.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in customer meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, maintenance, and logistics to support customer solutions.
• Analyze customer feedback and assist in the implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Support the development and tracking of KPIs related to customer satisfaction and program success.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in aviation and customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM tools or data analytics is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
