About The Role

Curtin University is seeking a highly organised and proactive Program Management Coordinator to join our Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) team. In this dynamic role, you’ll coordinate portfolio delivery activities across strategic projects, facilitate agile practices, and champion change management and communication initiatives. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and improve project delivery processes across scope, risk, procurement, budgeting, reporting, and more.
  • Support agile ways of working, coordinate team activities and events, and provide onboarding for new project managers.
  • Drive delivery model health by identifying improvement opportunities and tracking portfolio-level metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with Curtin’s strategic priorities.
  • Maintain a toolkit library, support document management, and provide assurance at key delivery checkpoints.

You will have:

  • A relevant degree and/or significant experience in program or project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • High-level facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and autonomous work capabilities.
  • Experience with tools such as SharePoint and PPM systems (desirable).
  • Prior experience in a tertiary environment and project management certification (highly regarded).

  • Australian Working Rights that match the tenure of this role.
  • This position is based at our Curtin Bentley campus, candidates are expected to either be currently located in Perth, WA, or express a willingness to relocate. Please note: Relocation and sponsorship support will not be provided for this position.
  • Willing to undertake a National Police Clearance, and background, integrity, and reference checks to Curtin’s satisfaction.
