Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, with a minimum of 15 years of industry experience.
* At least 8 years' experience working with Salesforce platforms, including a minimum of 5 years in a Program lead role.
* 5+ Years working in the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably in the Salesforce partner ecosystem
* 5+ years of Agile (or Agile/Waterfall Hybrid) experience as a project or program leader
* 8+ years of experience working for a professional services or consulting firm delivering projects to external customers
* Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant and Architecture related certifications are strongly preferred.
* Create & manage a Workforce Breakdown Structure (WBS) & resource planning /schedules
* Monitor weekly/hourly project burn, track all utilization, update and manage accurate utilization, and manage capacity to keep team efficiently staffed
* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce's capabilities and integration capabilities.
* Strong leadership skills, with proven experience leading and managing a team.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead a team of technical resources, nurturing their technical and professional growth.
* Develop and execute program plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
* Manage program budgets and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact program delivery
* Identify areas for improvement in program management processes and methodologies.
* Ensure system quality, performance, and reliability, and actively contribute to the planning and execution of system testing.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including product, engineering, and business teams.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range: $200,000-$230,000 a year
