We’re looking for a potential Umbrella Club member to step into a Program Director role with a global advisory firm, leading complex digital and business transformation programs in the Local Government sector.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programs
• Governance, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Oversight of system integrators and multidisciplinary teams
• Executive stakeholder engagement and program reporting
• Drive change management and mentor delivery teams

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Program Director or Senior Program Manager
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Background in Local Government transformation programs
• Familiarity with TechnologyOne highly regarded
• Certified in PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, or equivalent
