Position Summary

Recor Medical is a leading provider of renal denervation devices designed to treat patients with resistant hypertension. We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Program Development Manager to help hospitals develop and implement hypertension programs. This role involves working closely with interventionalists, hospital administration, advanced practitioners, the reimbursement team, and our existing therapy development team and sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Program Launch and Development:
  • Collaborate with newly opened uRDN programs to develop and execute launch activities effectively and efficiently.
  • Assist institutions in streamlining processes required to establish and successfully launch uRDN programs.
  • Ensure efficient patient movement through the clinical care pathway.
  • Identify and establish key clinical metrics and program goals that measure program success, ensuring data-driven decision-making from the early stages of program development.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including operators, care coordinators, cardiovascular administrators, billing specialist and other clinicians and administrators.
  • Ensure proper communication channels between all stakeholders to facilitate efficient and effective program growth and development.
  • Education and Training:
  • Lead comprehensive educational initiatives to ensure all program participants are well-informed about uRDN procedures and benefits.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for clinicians, cath lab staff, and care coordinators to enhance their understanding and proficiency in uRDN.
  • Develop resources to support ongoing learning and development at all levels of the program.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and webinars to provide continuous education and updates on best practices and advancements in uRDN.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Collaborate consistently with the Sales Territory Manager, Clinical Specialist, and Therapy Development Territory Manager, frequently updating the team on launch progress.
  • Assist program coordinators in implementing tools for efficient operation and patient flow.
  • Work closely with the Market Development team to create structured processes and programs that drive consistent program execution.
  • Marketing and Outreach:
  • Assist institutions in developing education and outreach activities that contribute to the growth of the uRDN program.
  • Develop tools and processes that connect various program stakeholders to facilitate program growth.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation:
  • Assist in the development of monitoring processes and tools to ensure proper data collection and evaluation of program effectiveness and success.
  • Provide training, education, and guidance to staff involved in the institution's uRDN program development.

Requirements

  • A BS or higher in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience is required
  • Experience in Therapy Development of Medical Devices
  • Previous experience as a Health Program Coordinator or similar role.
  • Knowledge of program management and development procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.

Salary Range: $137,670 - $175,000 (Annual Base Salary)

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
