Job Description

Project Glimmer is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Coordinator to join our growing team! You’ll help deliver inspiring gifts that build confidence for girls and women across the country, providing outstanding service to our community partners.


Key Responsibilities

You will support our Gifts + Goods program locally and nationwide, focusing on customer service, coordinating product donations, and overseeing the volunteer program.


Gifts + Goods Program

  • Oversee gift requests and manage the pick-up calendar, ensuring timely confirmations and cancellations.
  • Engage with community partners on-site, offering personalized service.
  • Knowledgeable about product donations, the pick-up process, resolving issues as needed.
  • Coordinate real-time shipping for gifts outside the Bay Area.
  • Keep our gift tracker updated and send in-kind tax receipts to donors quarterly.


Boxing Joy Volunteer Program

  • Remote: Process orders, create shipping labels, track Kits, and communicate with volunteers.
  • On-Site: Support corporate volunteer events (typically 4-6 weekends a year).


Expand our network of Community Nonprofit Partners

  • Support team sourcing new partners, ensure applications are completed, and maintain the database.
  • Attend Zoom meetings and monthly site visits to regional partners.


About You

  • Effective communicator and multitasker who engages customers and team members.
  • Problem-solver with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Professional, proactive, and positive with a reliable attitude.
  • Able to perform physical tasks onsite at the warehouse.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Must be able to regularly lift and move packages weighing up to 40 pounds.
