The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for the survivorship population, working with patients & families, event planning and organization, and database management. This will primarily be a remote work position after an orientation period. This role may require occasional weekend hours to attend special events / fundraisers.
Primary Responsibilities:
To coordinate and manage the efficient operations of the projects/programs within the department.
Complete progress reports.
Develop and oversee cooperative relationships with other internal and external communities.
Initiate/create/oversee quality control initiatives and training for program.
Oversee administrative, clinical, and/or research functions for the program.
Provides senior level input towards program, facilities, fiscal, staff/HR, and policy planning.
Bachelors Degree in a human services field with 7 years of relevant experience (administrative, clinical, or research) required
OR Masters Degree in a human services field with 5 years of relevant experience (administrative, clinical, or research) required.
Previous grant writing experience is strongly preferred
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal
Act 33 with renewal
Act 34 with renewal
Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
