What would this role do?
The Program Coordinator (PC) position at 360 Behavioral Health, Support Services is a supervisory role that coordinates Direct Support Professionals (DSP), clients and their families, Regional Center, the Company, and the Local Office. Their role is to provide oversight and support to their DSPs out in the field, to ensure that service objectives are met with a high degree of quality, that the family continues to receive services from Regional Center and that the services are being provided in a collaborative fashion amongst all parties. The Program Coordinator effectively manages their caseload to align with the company’s standards and expectations. They will also be expected to provide any necessary support to ensure the sustainable and efficient operations of their Local Office.

Role Responsibilities (Here’s What It Takes)
- Lives the company’s business theory of customer focus, total participation, continuous improvement, leadership, and mutual learning.
- Ensures 85% of clinical direct services are delivered monthly.
- Ensures clients under their supervision fulfill billable services with minimal cancellations, make-up, or collaborating with staff and clients to uphold scheduled hours and coordinate make up hours.
- Ensures program designs and behavior support plans are being met in collaboration with regional center, clients, and any behavioral agencies.
- Provides clinical consultation including how to follow behavior plans and programming to clinical staff.
- Delivers timely written program summaries and progress reports for each individual case before the deadlines set by the supervisor.
- Conducts staff meetings and professional development meetings as indicated.
- Offers direct services as necessary to enhance supervision effectiveness.
- Seeks consultations and implements feedback provided by Department Manager regarding DSPs and clients.
Must Haves (Yes, we have needs!)
- 1+ years of clinical experience providing services to individuals with diverse diagnoses or disabilities.
- 1 year of experience supervising staff in a clinical setting.
- Bilingual preferred
- High School Diploma or GED (minimum)
- Pursuance of bachelor’s degree
- Reliable Transportation
- Successfully complete Live Scan background check, employment verification and TB screening
- Be able to lift up to 30lbs. While assisting consumers
- Must be able to run, bend, sit, stand for long periods at a time

- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent clinical and leadership skills.
- Fluency with all Microsoft Office programs.
- Self-motivated, responsible, honest, articulate, excellent time management skills, and skills to work independently.

- Skills consistent with serving culturally and linguistically diverse families in low and high socio-economic status areas.
- Comfortable working in homes (studio, apartment, housing project, etc.) of families with limited resources.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills to interact with clients, family members, and agency’s staff.
