Target Marketing Group, a Helm company, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fulfillment Coordinator to oversee and manage our order fulfillment processes. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of order management and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment Process:
Input and manage orders accurately.
Administer SKU set-up and stock reviews.
Conduct program reviews and track orders.
Process transactions promptly and accurately.
Customer Returns:
Facilitate the return process for online orders.
Communicate with customers about product availability, shortages, and changes.
Vendor Communication:
Report damages or product defects to vendors and coordinate resolutions.
Customer Support:
Interact with customers via phone or email to address inquiries about web orders.
Handle customer complaints regarding order issues, mis-shipments, or turnaround times.
Branding and Personalization:
Review and understand artwork, logos, colors, and branding standards.
Manage co-branding and personalization for web orders as needed.
Team Collaboration:
Contribute to team efforts by assisting colleagues and achieving shared goals.
Requirements
Skills & Abilities:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in managing order systems and inventory.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Familiarity with branding standards and artwork reviews is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
