In this role, you will provide essential support and guidance to hiring managers while ensuring a consistent and well-documented process across the team. This is a highly administrative role with a strong emphasis on process adherence, documentation, and collaboration.

While this position does not involve direct recruiting or interviewing, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to review candidates and support decision-making. Ideal candidates will bring knowledge of early careers hiring, experience working in talent acquisition, and a foundational understanding of technical roles—making this a great fit for a former technical recruiter or someone familiar with technology hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to review candidates and align on hiring decisions.
  • Maintain and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the team.
  • Ensure all documentation is current, clear, and aligned with internal processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and build an understanding of various technical teams.
  • Utilize platforms like SharePoint for document management and team coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of professional work experience.

  • Familiarity with technology and technical teams (e.g., former tech recruiter) preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to learn and understand technical team functions and workflows.

Tools & Technology

  • Proficient in SharePoint (required).
  • Experience with Canva (preferred).
  • Familiarity with JIRA (a plus).
