This is not a supervisory role. However, the PC is the lead staff for one residential In-Home program. What You Get to Do: * Document and follow-up of individual and program related needs. * Ensure compliance with policies and Washington Administrative Rules. * One-on-one training of DSP staff. * Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance. * Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve. * Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, personal hygiene and more. * Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation. * Build relationships with persons served and teammates. * Attend community outings and fun activities like outdoor walks, games, and social events. * Transport clients to appointments or other activities outside the home. * Empower people with disabilities to live life to the fullest. * Document progress, milestones, and action steps. Qualifications What Makes You A Great Fit: * 2 years of caregiving experience required * NAR - Diabetic Preferred * Observant and detailed oriented * Dependable, adaptable and flexible * HS Diploma or GED required * Valid drivers license required * 21 years or older Additional Information Dungarvin believes that diversity and inclusion make our organization stronger.
