About the Role:
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We're looking for an energetic and dedicated Service Coordinator to lead our Youth Programs, including Transition to Work, Step-Up, and Recreation programs, while also developing exciting new initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Lead with Purpose: Provide client-centered leadership to a dynamic team, fostering teamwork to deliver safe, effective, and personalized support for young people with disabilities.
- Innovate and Inspire: Identify client needs and create engaging programs that promote skill development, independence, and community participation.
- Team Leadership: Guide and support a team of Senior Support Workers and Support Workers, ensuring they have the resources and direction needed to excel.
- Risk Management: Proactively manage risks and incidents to ensure the safety of both clients and staff.
- Quality Improvement: Drive service improvements in line with our 'Stepping into the Future' project and SCERTS framework.
- Operational Excellence: Achieve service, financial, and business goals through effective operational performance.

- Qualifications: Minimum Certificate III in Community Services, Disability, or equivalent.
- Clearances: Satisfactory criminal history checks for working with children and disability services.
- Training: Up-to-date with all of Novita’s mandatory training requirements.
- Driver’s Licence: A valid driver’s licence is required.
- Customer Focus: A strong focus on achieving positive outcomes for our customers, central to all your decisions.

Remuneration Package And Benefits
Total remuneration package includes base salary, annual leave loading and statutory superannuation contribution. Enjoy salary packaging up to $15,900 of your salary, increasing your take-home pay by approximately $5,000. Further salary-packaging benefits available include meal and entertainment expenses, accommodation and venue hire, private novated leasing and additional superannuation contributions.
