About the Role:

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We're looking for an energetic and dedicated Service Coordinator to lead our Youth Programs, including Transition to Work, Step-Up, and Recreation programs, while also developing exciting new initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Lead with Purpose: Provide client-centered leadership to a dynamic team, fostering teamwork to deliver safe, effective, and personalized support for young people with disabilities.
• Innovate and Inspire: Identify client needs and create engaging programs that promote skill development, independence, and community participation.
• Team Leadership: Guide and support a team of Senior Support Workers and Support Workers, ensuring they have the resources and direction needed to excel.
• Risk Management: Proactively manage risks and incidents to ensure the safety of both clients and staff.
• Quality Improvement: Drive service improvements in line with our 'Stepping into the Future' project and SCERTS framework.
• Operational Excellence: Achieve service, financial, and business goals through effective operational performance.

What You Will Bring:

• Qualifications: Minimum Certificate III in Community Services, Disability, or equivalent.
• Clearances: Satisfactory criminal history checks for working with children and disability services.
• Training: Up-to-date with all of Novita’s mandatory training requirements.

Remuneration Package And Benefits

Total remuneration package includes base salary, annual leave loading and statutory superannuation contribution. Enjoy salary packaging up to $15,900 of your salary, increasing your take-home pay by approximately $5,000. Further salary-packaging benefits available include meal and entertainment expenses, accommodation and venue hire, private novated leasing and additional superannuation contributions.
