Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

• ISO 14001: Supporting the program manager for ISO 14001 certification related activities including, but not limited to, implementation, audits and initiating/fulfilling action plans for the program in APAC region (GGN, KUL, SIN)
• ISO 45001: Supporting the program manager for ISO 45001 certification related activities including, but not limited to, implementation, audits and initiating/fulfilling action plans for the program in GGN region
• Supporting the program manager in cost management activities for APAC region
• Collating data for Indicia (CSR) report on quarterly basis in specified formats and verifying the data with artefacts. Record-keeping of all the data submitted on Indicia.
• Any other ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time
• Creating corporate communication related to environment/ occupational health & safety
• Creating presentation for different corporate meetings (like: Operational committee, Management review, etc.)

Qualifications and Education Requirements

ISO knowledge of 14001, 45001 & QMS
