We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Coordinator to support the seamless delivery of a high-impact onboarding experience for new hires within our global engineering organization. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Learning & Development Program Manager and report to the Manager of Learning & Development. You’ll be responsible for driving the logistics, coordination, communication, and evaluation of a weekly onboarding program that supports 800+ new hires annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly global onboarding sessions to ensure a seamless and consistent experience for new hires across US and international locations
• Maintain and manage onboarding calendars and communications to drive timely participation and alignment with stakeholders
• Ensure documentation accuracy by consolidating and maintaining program wikis, process maps, schedules, and other reference materials
• Collaborate on process improvements that enhance the new hire experience and support long-term scalability
• Organize program data from tools like the Learning Management System (LMS), calendars, and reporting dashboards to support executive summaries
• Schedule and coordinate trainers for onboarding sessions and provide timely support for trainer needs during live events

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in program or project coordination
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Mail, Calendar)
• Experience working in multinational environments
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Docebo preferred)
• Experience with onboarding platforms and process improvement initiatives is a plus
• Experience communicating with or reporting to executive audiences is a plus
