As a Program Coordinator at Epic High School, I lead and manage after-school programming designed to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development. My role involves supervising staff, creating student-centered enrichment activities, and ensuring a safe, structured, and inclusive environment for all participants. I collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to enhance program offerings and provide students with meaningful opportunities for growth. This includes support with college readiness, job placement, and life skills development. Success in this position means cultivating a welcoming space where students feel empowered, respected, and motivated to thrive both in and outside of the classroom. I approach this work with a strong foundation in youth development, team leadership, and community engagement. Currently, I am an aspiring Master of Social Work (MSW) candidate, preparing to begin graduate studies in Fall 2025 to deepen my impact and advocacy for youth and families.
