Job Description:
Apply outreach and networking efforts in the hub region to increase the awareness and utilization of the statewide overdose reversal medication distribution and overdose prevention and response training programs, including among businesses, providers, healthcare services , educational institutions, and individuals.
Provide approved virtual or in person overdose response and prevention training to all individuals who received overdose reversal medication in-person from the hub, including collection of pre/post test scores for each trained individual.
Prepares reports in collaboration with team members and submits reports, including status reports, to the Divisional Director within required timelines. Assists quality efforts by providing access and gathering documents related to program outputs.
Supervise the assigned team by (a) Conducting monthly/weekly team and individual meetings to reinforce and review program goals and objectives. (b) Oversee the daily work schedules and completed duties by program staff. (c) Provide support as needed to the team to ensure services are being rendered in accordance to the program contract.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Sociology or equivalent.
Experience in providing or facilitating services educating on substance use, overdose, and/or recovery topics is preferred.
Travel within Region 11 is required. Current Texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance are required.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
