Brief Responsibilities:

• This role will be partnered with the Quotation and NPI team to support new business quotations as well as project lunching, to identify the customer quotation and investment to deliver Pre-CER Capex justification to management.
• She/He is also required to be involved in NPI gate review, monitor project financials, drive actions and work with the team to make results close or better than Pre-CER commitments, manage NPI project risk and support site prepare NPI annual budget.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years hands on Finance Program controlling or Costing or plant experience in manufacturing industry.
• Have business acumen and product cost understanding.
• Excel written English and fluent spoken English is a must.
• Capable of working under a great pressure environment.
• Flexible to support another region in different time zones.
• Must be able to work onsite in Hangzhou.
