Summary

Roles Northwood University seeks a highly qualified candidate to serve as a part-time (25-27 hours/week) Program Center Manager/Admissions Representative for our Selfridge Program Center. Responsibilities Responsibilities of this position include the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the Selfridge Program Center located at the Air National Guard Base, which requires operating as primary representative for the program center with students, faculty, base leadership, area commands, and strategic partner organizations; primary responsibility for admissions, recruitment of new students, retention of current students and student advising for undergraduate programs; providing students with administrative interface for services and support to meet annual enrollment goals. Qualifications The Program Center Manager/Admissions Representative should possess a Bachelor's degree; have working knowledge of Department of Defense and Veteran Affairs education programs and support services; have strong computer and leadership skills; be goal oriented; have excellent written and oral communications skills that will transcend diverse audiences; be a self-starter with exceptional interpersonal communication, networking and presentation skills and possess the ability to work well in a true team environment. Operations experience in higher education is preferred.
