We are looking to hire a driven and high-energy individual who has the excitement to learn, the energy to work on multiple engagements, and the passion to make an impact in the startup ecosystem. This individual will play a key role in driving our institute startup engagements ( masterclass with Alumni, pitch sessions, etc.) and work with early-stage entrepreneurs, helping to evaluate early-stage deals for investment and our corporate programs.

IvyCamp’s vision is to find and enable research, innovation, and entrepreneurs with the potential to disrupt the status quo, and scale into a profitable business. We leverage the Global Alumni Network to create engagements for entrepreneurs with domain experts, investors, incubators and corporates to help entrepreneurs in their journey through masterclasses, POC’s , feedback sessions and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact with institute e-cells, incubators, and research teams to drive targeted and value-driven engagements (masterclass, events, corporate partnerships etc.) with IvyCamp. Build relationships with IIT/IIM Alumni and Corporate innovation teams.
• Help grow our network of Alumni experts that work with startups
• Create and track an early stage startup deal flow for IvyCap investment. Engage in due diligence to assess the startups based on defined criteria, including a discussion with the startups and preparing a summary report.
• Amplify the IvyCamp engagements via social media
• Work with the team to do sector focused market research, reach out to, and engage with founders.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Have an excellent verbal and written command of English
• Being part of your institute E-cell is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and be a fast learner
• Ability to creatively think and solve problems
