Summary

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm

Salary: $22.00 / hour

As the PACT Program Assistant you will provide integral operational support to our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. This position will play a significant role in ensuring that the PACT teams run smoothly on a day to day basis. Working under the direction of the Team Leader, the PACT Program Assistant is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all non-clinical operations.

Other Responsibilities Include

  • Providing receptionist activities, including triaging calls, and being the first point of contact
  • Coordinating communication between the team and persons served.
  • Deescalating situations with persons served who have increases of symptomatology, and assisting persons served, their families, and agencies to get answers to question
  • Maintaining accounting and budget records for persons served and program expenditures
  • Operating and coordinating the management information system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
