SSI is currently searching for a Program Control Schedule Analyst to support a dynamic program in Chantilly, VA. This position requires an active Top Secret/SCI CI Poly clearance. In this role the ideal candidate will have experience in the use of scheduling tools especially MS Project (2010+) and solid knowledge of MS Office tools. Demonstrable knowledge of critical path processes. This position requires the ability to learn existing internal tools/processes and accept supervisory critique. Specific Duties Include: With limited supervision after training, conduct review of monthly schedule submittals from contractors to the government (schedule analyses) Identify schedule drivers and changes from month to month Produce meaningful metrics Respond to customer questions Present analyses monthly in various formats and customer forums Be able to identify areas of potential conflict Identify critical paths to major deliverables Support Integrated Baseline Reviews Other duties as specified by the COTR and Program Manager Required Qualifications: Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience 5+ years of experience, and bachelor's degree (or applicable additional experience) Experience using MS Project to plan programs Experience with MS Office suite esp.
