Position Summary
We are seeking candidates who are passionate about supporting units, with expertise in exercise planning and execution of individual or collective training using Army Games for Training (GFT), Army Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS), First Person Shooter (FPS), Division Exercise Training and Review System (DXTRS), Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC), and other virtual training devices.
The candidate selected will work on-site at the JBSA-Mission Training Complex on Camp Bullis, TX. The Program Analyst will be under direct supervision of the KM for JBSA MTC Information/Knowledge Management Program tracking and reporting requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity for a successful applicant to have access to and regularly work with Government-sensitive data, and may be asked to represent the Government at meetings and conferences. The Program Analyst will engage directly with assigned programs to develop system improvements using brainstorming, root cause analysis, and other tools/techniques to enhance program efficiency, while effectively meeting all internal and external reporting requirements with quality products.
What You’ll Do
- Usage reporting and status reporting, trends, and analysis.
- Assist with Monthly Status Reporting and Training Assessment Reports.
- Maintain and enforce contractor mandatory training tasks.
- Maintain Training Support – Materiel Army-wide Tracking System (TS-MATS), Management Internal Control Program (MICP), Common Level of Support (CLS), Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) reporting, usage trends and analysis, event throughput analysis, Installation Status Reporting (ISR) requirements, and contractor manpower analysis.
- Assist the Government with monthly, quarterly, and yearly JBSA and Installation Management Command (IMCOM) reporting requirements, including, but not limited to, the Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP) and Mission Essential Requirements (MER) reporting.
- Assist KM with the maintenance and development of the MTC SharePoint portal.
- Upon hire, the candidate will complete the Army KM Basic online course and the KM Representative Course (KMRC) hosted by TRADOC Office of the Chief Knowledge Officer (OCKO).
- Participate in KM Working Groups and any other working groups as specified.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and protect the sensitivity of proprietary information, nonpublic information received in confidence of the Federal Government, contractor bid and proposal information, and source selection information, IAW statutory or regulatory requirements.

Requirements And Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Knowledge of communication principles and best practices.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint or similar web-based collaboration software tool(s).
- Experience with TS-MATS & status reporting
- Experience with training analysis and event reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Military service with experience in professional military writing, staff operations, decision-making, planning, and executing military operations by managing resources.
- US citizen
- Active Secret security clearance.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
- Proficient in Database Administration.
- Military service with experience in analyzing intelligence, overseeing communications, and logistics.
- Familiarity with military (preferably US Army) training, operations, training aids, devices, simulators, and simulations (TADSS), and command & control information systems (C2IS).
