Job Description :

Gather data accurately, prepare relevant documents e.g. project /initiative, minutes of meeting, etc, facilitate project manager to monitor and review implementation activities inclusive of identify issues / gaps / risks of the project/initiative to support project/initiative teams in project management to achieve the approved deliverables within timeline.

• Collate information and perform analysis on critical data e.g. market data, financial information for discussion.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with relevant departments.
• Coordinate and actively participate in project implementation activities.
• Regular progress update and potential key challenges. Attending project meetings eg: Scrum Events, Project Committee Meetings, etc.
• Conduct financial and non-financial tracking for dept. and project/initiative related.
• Organize meeting and prepare marketing material, capture meeting salient points and follow through the requirements comprehensively.
• Produce quality project report that can provide accurate and transparent information which consist of project status, benefits results, risk / issues, mitigation action plans for risk / issues, etc.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor/Master in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Banking, Insurance, Economics, IT or equivalent professional qualification.
• Professional qualification in Project Management field for e.g. PMP or Prince2 or PSM I Practitioner is an added advantage
