Description

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst to join our PMO team supporting our Aberdeen Proving Ground customers. This position will be located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

This role is located on APG at the SAIC office. The Program Analyst has primary responsibility for providing program support which could include program/project planning, scheduling, training management, risk management, data analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Reviewing status of projects and budgets; managing schedules and preparing status reports.
  • Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitating communication and coordination among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Conducting detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform program decision-making.
  • Developing and maintaining program performance metrics, dashboards, and reports.
  • Tracking and maintaining all company and contract required documentation.
  • Recommending changes to team policies as necessary.

Qualifications

Required Education

Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and zero (0) years related experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree.

Qualifications

  • An active PMP Certification is desired but not required.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, MS Project, SharePoint, and Adobe Products.
  • Prior experience working with or for U.S. Army or DoD customers.
  • Prior experience working in or supporting a PMO.
  • Experience developing or managing risk management and mitigation planning.
  • Significant experience supporting project scheduling and managing projects.
  • Prior experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Prior budget experience to include ROMs/Spend Plans.
  • Experience with government contracts, policies, and procedures.

Clearance

Candidates must have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Travel

The position could require up to 10% travel.

Target salary range $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
