Role
CCG is looking for a motivated, passionate, and detail-oriented Program Administrative Assistant to support mission critical cyber operations projects. Responsibilities
Logistics and Coordination
Coordinate, plan and facilitate engagements across program customers and stakeholders
Reserve facilities, arrange Visit Requests, and coordinate details with teammates
Coordinate and arrange travel logistics for program events
Ensure accurate and comprehensive Software License Management
Purchase equipment in support of program needs
Package and ship equipment in support of site deployments
Manage property logs and update as equipment changes locations or possession
Business Operations
Build and maintain consolidated program calendar
Take notes, maintain actions, and produce informed status for meetings
Maintain program artifacts and resources to keep them recent and relevant
Create and maintain program templates using Microsoft Office Suite
Uphold strong Knowledge Management standards and ensure organized and clear artifact management
Required Qualifications
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance (note, only US Citizens are eligible for security clearances)
Must be local to the DC Metro Area
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work with minimal supervision, while regularly collaborating with team members
Effective communicator
Attention to detail
Continuous learner, both able and willing to quickly learn new technology and software
Ability to exercise discretion when exposed to sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with task tracking software such as Gitlab
Experience working in an agile environment
A passion to automate systems and processes

Pay: $45,555.55 - $72,555.55 per year
