Job Title: Program Administrator
Job Description
Assist in the daily management of government projects or programs utilizing a wide range of administrative, communications, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather, compile, analyze, and report on various data elements of the program including scheduling, financial data, material data, labor data, dashboard statistics, CDRLs tracking, and any other data required by the PMO.
- Engage in program planning, which includes defining program objectives, developing and maintaining schedules, and developing the program work breakdown structure.
- Define and negotiate program budgets and spend plans.
- Generate program work packages and define task responsibilities via Work Authorization Documents.
- Develop program schedules.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and planning.
- Experience in engineering and knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) protocols.
- Strong skills in Excel pivot tables and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage bills of materials (BOM).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or Business; or equivalent education and work experience.
- Three years of program-related experience with an emphasis on project management.
- Experience in scheduling, program planning, and program organization.
- Skills in budgeting and analyzing and reporting financial and schedule information.
- Data management capabilities.
There is potential to transition to a government civilian position in the future and an opportunity to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
