About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Professional Services Associate to join our CS department. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both the CS team and product managers to support client implementations, optimize workflows, and ensure the successful delivery of our privacy solutions. This position is ideal for recent graduates passionate about data analysis and eager to contribute to client success through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client implementations by executing and managing manual operational processes
• Extract, analyze, and interpret data to develop value cards and success metrics for clients
• Build and maintain dashboards to track implementation progress and client KPIs
• Perform data queries to generate insights for both internal teams and clients
• Document and standardize repeatable processes to consistently optimize the product automations.
• Collaborate with product managers to align implementation processes with product capabilities
• Identify and communicate client needs and process improvement opportunities
• Participate in client-facing meetings as needed to explain data findings and process updates
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service delivery methodology

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or related field
• Basic understanding of data analysis techniques and tools
• Familiarity with database querying and dashboard development (SQL knowledge is a plus)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Customer-oriented mindset with good communication skills
• Eagerness to learn our product offerings and implementation methodologies
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Knowledge of process automation concepts
• Understanding of SaaS implementation processes
• Basic programming skills (Python, R, etc.)
• Experience in privacy tech or related fields
• Exposure to client-facing roles
