Professional Services Consultant : Implementation

I am working with a ground breaking Data orientated business searching for a Professional Services Consultant. They have masterclass products across CDP (Customer Data Platform) and have built products over the last 5 years which are changing how their clients (mostly large financials) are using, interacting and protecting their Data.

Many of the customers choosing to use this platform for analytics are migrating away from other platforms such as Google and Adobe, so a strong understanding and background in web analytics is critical. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for actively helping customers succeed, attention to detail and solving problems.

I am looking for an implementation orientated, business facing Professional Services Consultant. You will be a core player in the Installation and configuration of the software into large enterprises often requiring you to integrate with the global partners for the full integration piece. Communication is key.

You will work with the team and business users at our customers to translate business requirements into a technical design that can be brought to life in the platform and deliver customers instant, high-value customer data.

You will lead the technical implementation meetings working with customers and partners to ensure smooth transitions.

We need you to have implemented large enterprise solutions into big end clients and have managed that whole piece.
