Your Role: What You’ll Do
As an On-Field Sales Executive, you will lead customer acquisition efforts by identifying leads, conducting product presentations, negotiating deals, and managing post-sales coordination. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships through consistent follow-up, requirement gathering, and feedback analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and approach potential B2B clients across industrial, logistics, hospitality, healthcare, and educational sectors.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales pitches and customised product presentations tailored to specific client requirements.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across corporate uniforms and safety equipment, including materials, specifications, pricing, and use cases.
- Engage clients through field visits, client meetings, and demo sessions to understand their needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, sourcing, and logistics) for pricing, samples, and proposal development.
- Collect and report market feedback, competitor insights, and client suggestions to improve offerings.
- Maintain CRM data: lead tracking, follow-ups, pipeline management, and reporting on progress to the Sales Head.
- Coordinate after-sales follow-ups and manage client escalations, if any.
- Support business development planning with data-driven inputs and market insights.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any stream; preference for candidates with specialization in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
- 5-6 years of experience in B2B or institutional on-field sales (experience in apparel, uniforms, or safety product categories preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented, with strong organizational discipline.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler and readiness for daily travel within Pune/PCMC and nearby industrial areas.
