• Limited Travel (Less than 10%, local travel to client sites, no overnight or weekends)

Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a PA Licensed Land Surveyor to join the residential department of a local engineering company in the Pittsburgh area. The selected candidate will work closely with the Survey Coordinator to align to client projects, work with drafters to ensure accurate designs and estimations, as well as communicate with clients to deliver exceptional service throughout the design process. On a daily basis, the surveyor will meet with the team to help assign projects, deploy field crew, and relay appropriate information to the client. As a part of the residential department, clients will be local to the Pittsburgh area doing independent construction projects. The company is looking for someone with a positive, hard-working attitude that is passionate about high-quality client delivery.

Candidate must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a drug screen and background test.

Must Haves

• Current Pennsylvania Professional Land Surveyor License (PLS)
• 5+ Year Land Surveying experience
• Emphasis in boundary retracement surveys, existing conditions surveys, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D
• Do not need to be able to draft from scratch on their own, but need to know their way around and be able to manipulate designs

• Knowledge of AutoCAD Surfaces and Pipe networks
