KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (PE) The following qualifications are preferred but not required for the ideal candidate:

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering

3-10 years of experience performing similar duties Strong knowledge and understanding of Civil 3D and HydroCAD software Training with and understanding of roadway and transportation design (water & sewer) Training with and understanding of site design, public works / civil infrastructure projects Excellent communication skills
