Temporary Attorney Engagement Specialist (Washington, DC - Up to $60 per hour)

We are currently partnering with a global law firm in their for an experienced Attorney Engagement/Legal Talent Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis to support attorney onboarding, development, and retention initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate mentoring, onboarding, and professional development programs
• Plan and execute events including panels, socials, and network gatherings
• Manage logistics: invites, RSVPs, room bookings, catering, and follow-up
• Track internal data (personnel changes, mentoring pairings, etc.)
• Serve as a go-to contact for attorneys seeking development and wellbeing support

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a must.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing calendars, budgets, and internal comms
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
