**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembler to join our production team. This role involves following detailed work instructions and using basic hand tools to assemble parts. You will conduct visual inspections and ensure quality by passing assembled items for further checks. Proficiency in using a computer to document and scan materials is essential. **Responsibilities** + Follow detailed work instructions to assemble parts accurately. + Use basic hand tools for assembly tasks. + Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards. + Pass assembled items to the next stage or place them on racks for quality checks. + Utilize a computer to read instructions, document, and scan materials. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 1+ year of assembly experience in a manufacturing setting. + At least 6+ months of experience with hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills. + Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical experience such as car maintenance or home renovations. + Soldering experience, particularly with electronics or circuit boards. + Experience in circuit board assembly. **Why Work Here?** Join a thriving work environment that nurtures growth and values teamwork. Shifts are available from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am, with potential for 10-hour shifts. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn Hills, Michigan. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.50/hr.
