**Production Technicians Needed in Hudson, WI** **1st and 2nd Shift Open** **$25-28.75/hr** **Job Description** Join our team as a Production Technician working in a light cleanroom environment, where you'll wear a lab coat, hair net, and safety goggles. You'll be responsible for operating the 'Flex' machine, our most complex laser machine, in a facility equipped with 15 laser machines. **Responsibilities** + Load rolls of plastic film weighing 40-50 lbs onto the machine. + Operate a laser machine to cut and stack layers of film for testing kits used in various industries. + Ensure precise alignment of 13 layers of film using robotic arms. + Use two computer monitors to manage machine settings and the Vision System for accurate operation. + Troubleshoot machine issues independently before contacting the maintenance team. **Why Work Here?** We offer excellent benefits effective upon hire, including eligibility for profit sharing and tuition reimbursement. Shifts are Monday to Friday, with the 1st shift running from 7am-4pm Monday to Thursday and 7am-11am on Friday.
