Nearly 6+ years of experience in Application Support, and ITIL process, Handling Incident triaging, Proritization, Assignation and resolutions, Handling service requests, Changes and problem requests.
Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies for SLAs for Incidents, CRs and changes, and work under pressure for Priority issue triaging till resolutions, engaging right teams in a war room kind of situations
Lead critical activities of triaging and P1 P2 situations and provide updates and send notifications
Lead team with critical activities like failovers and patchings end-to-end
Lead team with trainings and process improvements
