As a Production Support Engineer, you will be a part of our rapidly growing IT department. You will actively collaborate with other teams and work in the production environment support, for financial applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support the production environment, with a focus on critical systems such as payment services, client interfaces, and trading platforms
• Report bugs and issues to the development team and resolve tickets when possible
• Configure systems, fix errors, and generate performance and data reports
• Automate routine tasks and investigate issues at all stages of the application lifecycle
• Collaborate with other teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders as needed
  
  

Requirements

• Over 3 years of relevant experience in a production support role
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with frequent use of queries on databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Site24x7, and Catchpoint, as well as log analysis tools including Graylog, Kibana, and Elasticsearch
• Basic programming skills in Python, with additional familiarity with Node.js
• A general understanding of CI/CD processes and containerization concepts
• Proactive approach to learning and self-improvement
• Adaptability to rapidly changing environments
• Strong teamwork and effective collaboration skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective time management
• Languages: Fluent in English; Russian or any other language will be considered an advantage
