Production Supervisor - SECOND SHIFT

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for our second shift operations. The ideal candidate will oversee production processes, ensure safety and quality standards, and lead a team to achieve manufacturing goals and efficiency through lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities for the second shift.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor production metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance and feedback.
• Implement and promote lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma practices.
• Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment!
• Strong knowledge of production processes and lean manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and tools is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including second shift hours.
