We're looking for an experienced
Production Supervisor to drive efficiency, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you thrive on problem-solving, leading by example, and optimizing production processes, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Supervise daily operations to maximize productivity and meet production goals
- Train and Develop production staff, providing training materials and guidance
- Ensure Safety and Quality by maintaining compliance with all standards and company policies
- Optimize Efficiency by monitoring and improving workflow, materials, and production processes
- Track Performance and provide reports on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and resource allocation
- Document and Improve processes by writing and updating SOPs, work instructions, and quality management documents
- Problem-Solve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to address customer complaints and internal non-conformances
- Collaborate with product development teams to transition fully developed products into production
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or a relevant field (preferred)
- OR 2+ additional years of relevant experience in place of a degree
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs
- Strong leadership with a company-first mindset
- Creative problem-solving and multitasking skills
- A passion for continuous learning and improvement
