We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations on the production floor in our automotive manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards, safety protocols, and efficiency in operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production line workers in automotive parts assembly/manufacturing
• Ensure daily production schedules are met with high quality and efficiency
• Monitor equipment and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations in accordance with industry standards
