What We Offer

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Analyze and define the process parameter setting and identify process problem and area of improvement in order to maintain reliability, improve efficiency, output and plant safety.
• Coordinate with NDI2 operating personnel to maintain effective team work and align with OEE and MOEf target, cost effectiveness and safe environment. Define the process parameter settings and identify process problems and area of improvements in order to maintain reliability, improve efficiency and enhance plant safety.
• Analyze and identify area of process improvement to enhance the performance of NDI production.
• Initiate, execute and follow up Management of Change (MOC) to ensure it is completed in a timely manner with cost effectiveness. Being division coordinator for NDI2 Plant and take a representative role as Site MOC owner.
• Being member of a team to develop, advance and ensure Safety Assessments and Technology on global level. Support and advice the Global Safety Council to further enhance personal and plant process safety in processing Sites of Covestro (internal/external).
• Coordinate with Technology Center & Process Development experience exchange and knowledge transfer including information exchange concerning process improvement of other plants to enhance performance of the plant.
• NDI2 Plant representative in projects as a venture manager to support and advice project team in order to execute projects according Engineering Excellence with quality, cost effectiveness, safety and environment.
• Evaluate and advise new / alternative raw materials in close cooperation with plant production team and material management team to ensure the right quality and applicable for production process with cost effectiveness.
  
  

What You Offer

Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success in this position)

• At least bachelor degree in chemical engineering, petrochemical engineering, science or equivalent.
• Minimum work experiences: >5 years of experience in a chemical or petrochemical manufacturing unit or production plant or production project.
