Job Location: Carlsbad, CA Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry OR Associates Degree OR Experience 3 + years in Chemical Manufacturing Experience with cGMP requirements and established SOPs in all production campaigns Experience with Implementing policies and drafting production-related documents like SOPs, validation/qualification protocols, reports, change controls, deviations, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Knowledge of production equipment (large-scale implementing reactor, stirrer, vacuum pumps, and vacuum oven) Knowledge of ICH Q7, ISO 9001, 21 CFR 210/211, and general client-imposed regulations Work, communicate and coordinate with QA, QC, and facilities to meet customer timelines Reactor set-up, cleaning, production, and packaging Validation of spreadsheets, equipment, and production labs Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Responsibilities: Development and validation of analytical test methods Complete manufacturing documentation per approved procedures Negotiate with various suppliers for raw material procurement. Maintain an inventory Selection and maintenance of all production equipment. Validation and process optimization efforts.
